The Gift of Travel

Travel is always on someone’s wish list. This philosophy shaped my work across four campaigns, where I created the stories for the brand’s yearly holiday gift guide. Each story centred on the customer – their travel needs, whether it was style, design, or function, their desire to escape or reconnect with loved ones during the pandemic, or how travel opens their horizons. These 360-degree, B2C and B2B campaigns were published online and offline, and across all paid marketing, organic social, PR, and retail channels.

2021

A Celebration of Travel. Escape your home turf. Reunite with your loved ones. Make a fresh start. As you finally get back out there, this holiday season celebrates all things travel in 2022 and beyond. Find the perfect companions for you and your friends and family.

Inspired by the ubiquitous Christmas song, this campaign celebrated the many reasons to travel again post-lockdown: to escape, reconnect, discover, and live out dreams. It featured four unique travellers from our community: Tulum-based photographer Juampi, who finds freedom by the water; creative entrepreneur Orhan Olgar, whose explorations reshape his worldview; Miriam and Marianna, taking their son Mikkel to Marianna’s homeland of Brazil; and model Lucy, pursuing her dreams in her new home, Berlin. Escape. Dip your toes into seas near and far. Dance with beautiful strangers. Let travel be your tonic. Think the perpetual pleasure seekers in your life. The friend, parent, or sibling for whom it's always five o'clock somewhere. Wait, that's you? Lucky you, the gift of giving is just as special when it's from you, to you.¹

Discover. Embark on voyages of discovery. Get genuinely lost. Indulge in new tastes. This edit is for the eternal wanderers in your life. The pal always embracing the unknown. The family member with a thirst for adventure. Or yourself, looking to renew your sense of wonder for the world.²
